People & Culture
At the International Association of Recognized Police Officers (IARPO), we are committed to fostering a community of police officers and civilian support staff who share a passion for public safety and security. Our membership is made up of recognized members of the police services, both those on active duty and those who are retired. We welcome members from all backgrounds and without any distinction as to rank, sex, race, color, language, or religion.
As a member of IARPO, you will have access to a range of benefits and opportunities designed to support your personal and professional development.
At IARPO, we believe that our culture is key to our success. We foster a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration, where all members are valued and encouraged to contribute. Our community is built on shared values of integrity, professionalism, and dedication to public safety and security.
In addition to these benefits, membership in IARPO also provides you with access to our online resources and events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences. These resources are designed to help you stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the law enforcement sector.
At IARPO, we do not investigate crimes. If you need to report a crime, please contact your local police station or law enforcement office. However, as a member of our community, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the broader efforts to promote public safety and security, and to collaborate with other law enforcement professionals around the world.
