Why we do not recommend YELP as a review platform in Europe

Yelp Review (yelp.com) platform can not be recommended by our side because it has old system of algorithms and reduced management responsibility for bad reviews.

In one Swiss case, known to us, a user from Canada has represented himself as user from Las Vegas, US, and wrote that he was scammed, this is only possible if there is a court decision, and not every platform will allow this.

Yelp Management and Yelp compliance are other opinion, that any criminal defamation may stay on platform, and that they do not have responsibility for that acts and actions.

This is in Switzerland and Europe, Australia, Canada, Japan, UK, Ireland, not correct and not as Yelp Management and Yelp Compliance think.

Anyway we do not recommend you using the Yelp platform, and ask yourself is that a good place for your company.
